It is our great pleasure to learn to sail and race sailboats. This July 24^th through August 3^rd we will be hosting, along with our sailing and non-sailing friends (can we tell the difference? not always!), the 2017 United States Optimist Dinghy Association Nationals. Right now we’re concentrating on how we will push, pull, cajole, and wrangle 350+ Opti sailors down the nice, wide ramp at the ODU Sailing Center.

The Big Blue Sailing Academy coaches have many years of coaching and teaching experience, the finest training, and they have coached, managed, or competed in the greatest dinghy regattas.
